What happens once I buy a bond?
We will send you a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. From that moment you will have 1 year to redeem the bonus. We recommend booking the appointment in advance, to be able to choose a day that we have space and it suits you, and so you can enjoy it before it expires.
Once I have purchased my voucher, how do I book my appointment?
To enjoy your pack or service, you must first make an appointment and make your reservation through our telephone or email contact channels, so you can attend a day that suits you well and in which we have appointments available.
At what time can I book my appointment?
Monday to Saturday: 11:00h to 22:00h.
Sundays: 10:30h to 20:00h.
How long do I have to redeem my bonus?
The bonds purchased will be valid for 1 year. For any questions about it contact us.
I have a voucher for a 30-minute massage, can it be extended to the 50-minute massage?
You can always add more time to massages. To request it and make the reservation we only need to send an email to info@termasdehispalis.com or call 954 423 398 and provide us: Name and surname, e-mail, telephone, voucher number, the center to which that voucher corresponds, possible days and hours to enjoy it. Tell us the number of minutes you want to extend (1€/min.)
What happens if I can’t attend on the day I booked to redeem my voucher?
You can change the date of your reservation up to 24 hours before it, by calling us by phone or via email to notify us and make the modification. Although both options are possible, it is advisable via email so that this is recorded. The non-cancellation or non-modification within 24 hours in advance leads to the loss of the right to the service and the non-refund of the amount of the service.
Can minors attend the spa?
Except in very special cases, which will be consulted with the company, only people over 18 years of age are allowed to enter.
Are there special prices for groups?
If you are a group, you can contact us and check the special rates.
When the massage is for two people, is it given at the same time?
Yes, the massage is given at the same time but in single rooms.
When I fill out the online purchase form, are the data I fill in those of the buyer or the person I want to give it to?
The data is from the buyer, but if you want us to also send a gift voucher to the email of the person to whom you want to make a special gift, you will only have to request it in the notes section of the order. Remember to leave us the email of the person you want us to send it to.
What should I bring when I go to enjoy my experience?
They must come provided with swimsuits, collected hair, a toiletry bag with toiletries, bath slippers, and your printed gift voucher card. The center will provide you with a free bath towel per person, body wash, shampoo, hairdryer, and locker service. Your reservation must arrive 5 minutes in advance for the reservation procedures at reception. Understand that if you are delayed you will not be compensated for lost time.
Does the parking center have a parking lot?
No, but three minutes from downtown they have a parking lot open to the public.
Can I redeem my gift voucher for another service or refund the bonus amount?
No, the services must be respected as contracted. The gift voucher is identified by the card number that is your locator. You can give it to whoever you want but in case you can not or do not want to enjoy it, the amount will not be refunded.
What is a Semi-Private Circuit?
When the regime of the circuit is not private, it will be semi-private. Here each element that is part of the thermal circuit has a time. After that time, the staff will make a rotation thus changing the clients.
